We were here yesterday and all I can say is FUN! Ha! Talk about small!!! Tiny joint where no one sits down, everyone is shoulder to shoulder and having a blast! The bartenders were amazing with getting the drinks out FAST! Smart for a bar! It was fun mingling with those we did not know! Super friendly staff! Thanks! We will be back!

Lots of positives here but just a meh experience for me personally.
The building is unique (shaped like a triangle, obviously) and historic (used to be a brothel and hotel). The beer is cheap. I didn't try any food but it looked decent. The customers were a diverse and somewhat rowdy bunch, except for the pretty, well-dressed woman sitting at the corner of the bar by herself, reading a book.
But the beer selection isn't deep, especially craft beers, they have no beer list anywhere, the bartender couldn't really tell me what all they had, and the tap handles didn't always tell me what beer they were.
One of the patrons was a rather odiferous, possibly homeless gentleman who may have been quite drunk and tried to engage every single person near the bar in conversation. The bartender rudely told him repeatedly to be quiet, mind his own business and leave people alone. The man complied for brief periods of time but was eventually told he was being cut off and would need to leave.
Another patron brought his dog, sat next to me and plopped the dog on the bar. Glad I'm not allergic.
The bar is close to the stadiums so you have that. There's also a patio area, if you can get a seat.
I'd probably go back and try it again just to see if my prior experience checks out or if it was a one-off. And others might really like this place for its quirks. To each his own. -

Best place to prefunk before a game!
My friends and I came to Triangle Pub to prefunk before the Mariners game, and had a blast! Triangle Pub is my kind of bar. It's a dive bar where the people are chill and the beer is cheap. Located on 1st Avenue across Elysian Fields, it's a small bar that is literally shaped as a triangle, since it's on the retail level of an apartment building on the corner. Oh, and it was a brothel back in the day, so it has that going for it.
The best part of Triangle Pub is the 32oz beers! They have local drafts on tap, so get a favorite and hang out on the patio where all the patrons mingle with one another. It gets crowded, but it's a fun kind of crowded! The owner even hangs out on the patio with all the peeps, drinking and socializing.
They do have BBQ ribs that they cook out on the smoker in the patio area. Not sure if there's other food, but as soon as the ribs were ready, a line of drunk Mariners fans quickly formed to buy some ribs!
What could be better than your favorite IPA in a 32oz cup to get you ready for the game? Clearly, I'm a fan. -

Fun stop for a quick beer on a Monday. Small place full of history. Cheap beer and pull tabs. Looks like it would be fun on game day!

Oh Triangle Pub...
I can't describe the Triangle Pub well because I went on a game day and there was a swarm of people pushed together with just literally no room to maneuver. It was not a huge deal, though, as people were very courteous, happy, and just joyful to be around.
The wait at the bar was very short considering the massive swarm of people trying to get in and the drinks were super stiff. In the midst of everything we found a downstairs bar - it looked like it was a storage room of sorts as I sat on a keg and rested my drink on a box of something and it looked largely unfinished with chairs and tables scattered, but the bartender there was also fast - and the drinks were very strong. So very strong. I am not even sure what that bar was and I think it was the same venue, but much of that night is a blur. Did I mention the drinks are strong?
It was an incredible amount of fun and got to meet new people who were having a great time.
